2. The temperature of the blank should reach above 15 degrees before spraying water-based paint, and it should be preheated in advance in winter;

 

3. The temperature of the paint should reach around 20 degrees before use;

 

4. When drying, air dry at a room temperature of 20 degrees until the surface is dry, and then dry at a high temperature of 35-40 degrees;

 

5. The drying room should be ventilated and clean, with a temperature of 20-35 degrees Celsius and a humidity not exceeding 75%;

 

When the spraying amount of water-based paint is sufficient and it dries normally, the feel and hardness of the paint film will reach the level of oil-based paint;

 

3、 Problems caused by mechanized operations:

 

When enterprises convert oil to water, they often undergo mechanical transformation at the same time, which can bring new problems:

 

1. After setting various parameters, the machine will operate according to the set parameters, rather than being flexibly adjusted like manual operation. Therefore, it is required that the workpiece, environment, and paint meet the set conditions, such as temperature, humidity, viscosity, etc. When the workpiece environmental conditions change, appropriate adjustments to the mechanical parameters are necessary.
